When you register as a new bidder the credit card you register with will have an authorization check performed. In order to successfully register, the address that you register under must match the address on the credit card. The credit card used for registration will be automatically charged following the auction unless you make payment during the scheduled pick up time. If alternative payment is approved we accept cash, personal or cashier’s checks or wire transfers. Certain purchases such as coins, precious metals, guns and vehicles may require payment by wire transfer or certified cashier’s check ONLY at our discretion. Please read the description of the items to see if these terms apply to your purchase. All purchases over $300 are subject to payment by bank wire transfer only if the bidder is previously unknown to Paul Auction Co. This is entirely at our discretion. Purchases made by check may be held until your check clears.
10% Buyers Fee applies to all purchases. 3% additional convenience fee when payment is made by credit card. Sales tax of 5.5% is also collected unless you have a seller’s permit on file with Paul Auction Co. Sales tax applies to Buyers Fee & Convenience Fee. You must tell us by phone call or email, prior to the close of auction, if you plan to use a resale number EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE ON FILE WITH US. Items shipped out of WI are not subject to sales tax. If you are not a WI resident but you or your agent pick up the item in person then sales tax will be collected. Sales tax on titled vehicles will be collected at time of sale.
$10 Handgun transfer fee for each handgun purchased. All FFL Rules & Regulations apply. Firearms transferred at our facility will only be sold to WI residents of legal age. If we do not receive an answer from the FBI within the three day approval period we may decide not to transfer the gun at our discretion. All other bidders must make arrangements to have the firearm shipped to an FFL holder of their choice. Additional shipping charges will apply to all firearms. Call for clarification. Ammunition of unknown origin should NOT be fired, & the ammunition in this sale is sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only.
This auction features an auto bid extend. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes and 10 seconds from the time the bid was placed. ie: If an auction is scheduled to close at 7:00PM, receives a bid at 6:58 the close time will automatically extend 2 minutes and 10 seconds. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.
Paul Auction Co. Inc. does not test items for authenticity or suitability. Although every effort is made to objectively describe the merchandise, personal inspection on the part of the bidder is strongly encouraged. Measurements are approximate sizes. If the description does not match the photograph please contact us for clarification. Any item(s) not removed on the scheduled pickup date or dates will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements were made prior to load out. Shipping is available for certain items; call to confirm. Items that can be packed into a typical cardboard box will incur a flat fee of $10.00 per box in addition to actual shipping charges. Additional charges will apply to custom crating or shipping situations. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

Never the less, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents or Employees of auctions concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either express or implied. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS. I, the buyer, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is. 4. SETTLEMENT: Must be made at the conclusion of the auction. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for the period of time following the auction as specified for that particular auction. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announced by Auctioneer. 5. RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full by conclusion of auction pick up. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. 6. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. 7. Bidder agrees that should a dispute arise, N131 County Rd S, Kewaskum, WI 53040, Located in the Town of Auburn, Fond du Lac County, is the physical location of the auction for legal purposes and that any legal claims filed must be filed in Fond du Lac County, WI. See No. 9 for details. 8. By registering for this auction you give Paul Auction Co. Inc. permission to add you to their mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time. 9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Bidders. Any right of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wisconsin. Should a dispute arise between Paul Auction Co. and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid to them at the address they provided to register.
